Sweet Lassi is very thick, luscious, creamy yet total addictive drink in summer. It is traditional yogurt which can be prepared sweet or salty. Today, I will be sharing Sweet Lassi recipe…… but surely stay tuned for the salty version. Mostly I prepared “Masala Chaas” but sometime I relish with this drink treat ourselves. there are many varieties of lassi in market garnishing with dry fruits, malai or ice-cream etc. but nothing to beat homemade lassi……..

I know everyone knows this classic Indian dal recipe which can be made in every kitchen. Today I want to share my way to prepare this easy, healthy and wholesum Methi dal recipe. Since Dal is always made in my kitchen with sum variations like Jeera dal, Tadka dal, Palak dal etc……(will share recipes soon) but we don’t get bored as this is good way to include proteins into your diet . The Methi leaves are flavorful, healthy and also diabetic friendly.It can be served with rice, chapathi, salad or papad.

Today I am share one of the easy and eggless vanilla Ice cream which required only 3 ingredients and you all set ! Making Ice cream at home is always dream for me and after making “Chocolate Blueberry Ice-cream”, now I am confident and tried this easy peasy recipe which I noted down from cookbook. This is very easy to prepare without ice cream maker or no churn in between freezing. Kids and adult are surely love it !
