Spinach/Palak Pakoda–Easy & Quick Snack Recipe

           Pakodas are very easy tea time snack ever, weather you want to enjoy rainy evening or to entertain guest or just relax on lazy evening. These crunchy palak pakoras never disappoint you Blushing! My mom used to make these pakodas on rainy pleasant evening when we came from school. Always followed the same recipe and turn out good. No Bake Eggless Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake–No agar agar No gelatin

              Time flies so fast and last week when I went through my posts, I realize this is my 100 post !!ApplauseParty I am very happy write my 100 post and feeling wonderful that I post such easy and tasty recipes. For growing this happiness, I decided to try cheesecake but I am afraid with these kind of no bake cheesecake. Followed every step and voila Dancing I was surprise, cake came out  wonderful and brought a big smile on my face.Blushing

           

            Since long time I wanted to tried my hand on cheesecake. I goggled up found this easy recipe & try to replicate the same. This is spectacular cake paired with Oreo crust and strawberry milk powder without agar agar & gelatin .  Try out this luscious, creamy, colorful bake and because off its no bake it is very easy to make !!

                Jeera aloo is very simple and delectable side dish for all potato lovers.I know everyone should get familiar with this lip smacking dry subji……. but I want to share this for those who are newbie in the kitchen or want to try out easy peasy subji within few minutes.  Cooked potatoes flavored with cumin and other Indian spices that gives nice flavor. Try out this quick recipe for a weekend dinner along with hot steamed rice or chapathi . My family loved to eat with hot rice and dal.

Homemade tomato puree without any preservatives, sounds exciting !!Surprised smile Yeah……you can easily make this tomato puree at home without adding any preservatives.Open-mouthed smile It is much tasty and healthy than store bought canned puree. This is a base recipe for all your cooking needs as, subzi/curries, biryani’s  etc. puree has a unique flavor and taste that makes your foods tastier and better.  

     

If you have a jar of tomato puree is ready, it can always substitute for chopped tomatoes. Not only it will reduce your cooking time but gives nice texture & silkiness to curries or biryanis. There are two methods to make tomato puree i.e blanch & pressure cook. I saw this on cooking show and felt this is easy and keeper recipe in hurries. Palak/Spinach Puri–Easy Lunch Box Recipe

               Palak puri with pickle has always been my favorite combo,doesn’t’ sound yummy !! Every Saturday when our school on half day,  my mom gives us this green puri with pickle. After coming back to school she prepared a full meal. This is a good way feed spinach to fussy kids. This puri doesn't required anything and can be paired with boondi raita or pickle.
