Soya Broccoli Cutlets–Easy Snack recipe

          Soya and broccoli makes an excellent combo to feed  healthy and protein rich snacks to fussy kids. Soya chunks is a wonderful source of protein where as broccoli is healthy and low calorie veggie. I know many would not prefer broccoli but I usually add into pasta, pizza, soup. My daughter like boiled broccoli with pizza sauce. This is perfect tea time snack or excellent snack when kids coming back from school.Smile

Bhindi Pulav–Ladies finger Rice



          Scratching your head what to do with leftover rice ? Its not a big deal when you have ladies finger in your pantry. Today’s post is easy and flavored  “Bhindi Rice”. Okra is our family favorite veggie. whenever I make simple bhindi stir fry, it will finish within no time. All my family needs just hot fluffy chapaties / roti, that’s it !! Last Sunday, I made rice for lunch but after heavy breakfast, my family had only curry, roti and buttermilk. I tried this bhindi pulao with leftover rice for dinner. Raita or pickle goes well with this pulao.
