Sev Paratha – Easy Paratha recipe

 DSC_0358

I ate sev paratha at my friends housewarming party. It was indeed delicious, tangy and spicy flavored. So the instant I took recipe from her and tried with nylon sev and it turn out great Smile The stuff parathas are very easy to make, but if you roll it very tactfully. I weekly make methi or aloo paratha for breakfast or lunch. This paratha is quite heavy and full meal by itself. Serve with ketchup or curd, the best combo I would say !!In love You can indulge without counting………

Notes :

  • Don’t make the dough too soft otherwise you wont be able to roll out parathas.

  • Add sev just before making parathas else the mixture gets soggy.

  • You can use any type of sev for this stuffing.
