Almond Dates Milkshake Recipe

                This simple yet delicious and healthy drink. Milkshake is a great energy booster and full of fiber. You don’t need to add extra sugar as dates are sweet. It is perfect drink for growing up kidsBoyGirl. You can use variety of nuts and make more nutritious drink. Always prefer good quality dates, as the taste of milkshake is depends on the quality of dates. For rich and creamy drink, you can add scoop of vanilla ice cream !

Prep Time: 35 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves: 2

 

Ingredient

Dates ( I used seedless)

10

Almonds( chopped)

6

Milk

2 cup

 

 How to make?

  • Chop dates and almond coarsely.

  • Add them into blender with 1/2 cup of milk and blend till all combine together.

  • Add rest of the milk and blend it.

  • Refrigerate before serve.
