Chilli Paneer Recipe (Dry)–Paneer Recipe

               If You are Paneer lover, then  you will definitely like todays post. Chilli Paneer dedicated to all indo Chinese lovers.Open-mouthed smile Chilli paneer is famous starter or appetizer that every Indian like. All of us like Chinese starters. My daughter is big fan of paneerGirl. Usually I make Gobhi Manchurian on weekends and she loves it. I thought I will make chilli panner in the same way. Here it is a quick and delicious chilli paneer !!

             

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves: 2

 

Ingredient

Paneer(cubed)

1 & 1/2 cup

Onion

1 no

Capsicum ( I used red,yellow green)

1/2 cup

Green chilli

3

Garlic(chopped)

1 tbsp

Soy sauce

1 & 1/2 tsp

Tomato sauce/chilli sauce

1 tbsp

Oil

2 tsp

Spring onion( chopped)

1/2 cup

Salt

As needed

 

For Marinade

All purpose flour

1& 1/2 tsp

Corn flour

1& 1/2 tbsp

Cooking soda

A small pinch

Ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder

1/4 tsp

Oil

for deep-frying

Salt

1/4 tsp

 

How to make?

  • Cut Paneer, capsicum and onion into cubes. Chopped garlic and slit green chilli’s. Make a batter using under ‘’for marinade’’ by adding little water to coat paneer evenly.

  • Deep fry all the paneer cubes and drain in paper napkin.

  • Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil. Add chopped garlic and green chilli’s. Add onion and cook till transparent. Add all cubed capsicum and fry 5-6 minutes on high flame.

  • Reduce flame and add soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Stir well.Add the deep fried paneer cubes and mix well till all the paneer blended with sauces. Finally garnish with spring onion and Turn off the flame.

  • Serve hot !!Hot smile

Notes :

  • Serve hot and eat hot

  • To avoid deep frying, just shallow fry the paneer cubes.

  • You can add little sugar also to give nice flavor.
