When we are getting bored of eating regular meal then we just order pizza & we don’t forget to order bread-sticks! Breadsticks are the best par while ordering pizza. Whenever we went to Italian restaurant, my daughters first choice would be ‘’Garlic bread with dipping sauce’’Pizza. We love those Soft Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks. Then I thought to make it at home. This Parsley Garlic bread is made with fresh parsley. Just a handful of parsley you need. Homemade Garlic bread is real treat. Crispy and garlic infusing every last bite !! I made Parsley Garlic Bread recipe for “Shhhhh Cooking Secretly Challenge”conducted by Priya. This is my first entry to this challenge and I am paired with Sandhya Ramakrishnan. My secret ingredient is Parsley and Bulgur wheat. I thought I will make khichdi or tikki but unable to deal with buckle wheat so I used parsley and made this Garlic bread. Enjoy this delicious, cheesy garlic bread !!

Makes : 10-12
All Purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cup
Instant dry yeast - 1/2 tsp
Parsley ( chopped) - 2 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese - 3 tsp
Parmesan cheese - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup +2 tsp
Salt - To taste
- You can use onion powder or garlic powder instead od garlic paste.
- Replace mozzarella cheese with ricotta cheese or amul butter.
- Use chilly flake or oregano instead of parsley.
