Masala taak/chaas is very easy to make, very soothing, cooling drink. This is typical Maharashtrian drink which can be served in Maharashtrian homes after heavy spicy meal. Its enjoyed during summer. In summer days, a bowl of fresh masala taak at the end part of our lunch or dinner. This is very flavored drink with different spices like Asafetida, salt,sugar, ginger, cilantro and cumin powder.
