Raita is always a gr8 accompaniment for spicy curries, pulao or any stuffed paratha’s. An Indian meal is never complete without raita or plain yogurt. Boondi are crispy and salted fried chickpea balls that your easily available in any grocery stores. Boondi raita is Boondi with curd and some chatpata ingredient.

How to make?
Warm water in microwave.
Soak the boondi in warm water for 15 minutes till it gets fluffy or soft.
Meanwhile whisk the curd along with water, salt, sugar and all spices, Mix well
Drain and squeeze the water from boondi and add into curd.
Garnish raita with coriander leaves.
