This is easy to make with toor dal. whenever we went to restaurant, we usually end our dinner with Dal fry and jeera rice. Everyone makes this dal in various ways by adding different dals, but I liked to prepare my dal wit toor dal. ‘’Ghee’’ is the highlight of this recipe. Note :

  • You can replace tur dal with masoor dal, moong dal.

  • I like my dal with lots of ghee. if you want you can use 1 tsp oil +1 tsp ghee for making this dal.

  • Instead of green chilies you can add garam masala or red chili powder.

  • Do not make dal too thick or runny, keep medium consistency.
