Sabudana vada is another delicious recipe prepared during fasting days like Navaratri, Shivaratri. Its very famous Maharashtrian recipe which I learnt from my mother. She makes awesome vadas!! Its crispy & tasty. It can be eaten in the morning or as evening snack. It is very easy to prepare and requires little preparation.
