Capsicum Paneer Paratha Recipe–Kids friendly Recipe

Capsicum Paneer  Paratha is great blend for lunch , dinner or you can give it for lunch box also. My daughter loved to eat stuffed paratha’s. Panner is her favorite anytime. This is healthy recipe and I just Love the taste of capsicum. I served this dish for dinner with curd/pickle and they enjoyed lot. Its great way  to give healthy, nutritious and wholesome meal to your family, isn’ it ?SmileTry this simple recipe for your kids I’am sure they will really love the flavors !!

 


Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4

 

Ingredient

Shredded Paneer

1/2 cup

Capsicum

1/2 cup

Garam masala

1 pinch

Ginger/Garlic

1/2 tsp

Turmeric

1/4 tsp

Coriander powder

1/4 tsp

Chat masala

1 pinch

Oil

1 tsp

Salt

As per taste

 

For Dough

Wheat flour

2 cup

Water

As required

Salt

As required

 

How to make ?

  • Mix wheat flour with salt and water and prepare stiff dough. Cover and keep it aside for 15/20 min. Chop capsicum into very small cubes. Defrost paneer and shred finely.

  • Heat oil in pan.Add ginger/garlic and saute for it for a min. finally add capsicum cubes with turmeric,coriander powder,chat masala,garam masala and required salt.
  • Mix well. cover and cook for 5 min.Turn off gas and Keep aside to cool down.

  • Roll out the dough and place the capsicum mixture and Grated paneer in center.
  • Pinch from all the edges.Roll out lightly so that the filling doesn’t came out, Dust in flour when needed.

  • Heat tawa/ griddle and put some oil/ghee. Cook it on Medium flame by gently press with spatula .
  • Serve hot with cucumber raita or Pickle !

Notes :

  • You can choose different colors of capsicum.

  • Increase spice level according to your taste by adding red chili powder.
