Cheesy Paneer Fritters

DSC_0049_edited-1

Cheesy Paneer Fritters  is a great appetizer for any party or rainy day. Usually I made this for my Paneer Kofta curry. So one day my daughter told me, ‘’ Mummy,I want only paneer balls that you put in curry’’. Then I decide and make it with slight variation. when hot they are crunchy on top and soft  inside. This serves with any kind of chutneys or sauce.

Prep Time: 20 mins    | Cook time: 15 mins    |  Makes: 8-10

Quantity

Boiled Potato

2

Paneer (Grated)

½ tsp.

½ tsp.

½ tsp.

Corn Flour

2 tsp.

Salt

As per taste
